Good Dads has developed four courses or programs: (1) Helping Fathers in the Heartland; (2) Fundamentals of Fatherhood; (3) Good Dads 2.0; and (4) Good Dads Strong Schools. They believe each of these courses fill a previously unmet need, given the shortage of program materials intended for use in a group setting of men.
The curricula, designed, researched and written by the Good Dads team, are currently used in the Ozarks and elsewhere, but before Good Dads can sell significant units of our curriculum to organizations outside SWMO, we need to implement expansion strategies, including contract drafting, market entry, financial planning, compliance and quality assurance, to prevent potential misuse of the products.
Good Dads has identified a number of entities that stand to benefit from their products, but they would like help in maintaining the integrity of the products after they are sold, and marketing the products effectively to both established and not yet identified partners while ensuring they are priced fairly (e.g. in a way that results in a reliable income stream for the nonprofit).
Areas of Need: Marketing and Communications; Business Strategy and Development; Legal and Compliance; Project Planning and Implementation.
